Juan José Montano,is our Program Director.He is an English and Spanish Teacher for a local school in Huancayo City. He shares his time working with the program, Guiding in tours and Teaching spanish becuase Mosoq Ayllu doesn't spent alot of the income in big salaries for the Director like other organizations .He is committed to social work and helping local people improve their living conditions since he was 18 when he and his friends created a local club which main goal was to help poor people and where he was elected president and started to work in social help. |

Juan Jose,his wife Patricia,and their two children Juan Jose Junior and Galilea.Patricia is the Program Coordinator and she is about to finish her carrer as a Lawyer, she loves working with children and enjoys doing social work. |
