Who we are

Juan José Montano, Program Director and Languages Teacher for local University and school in Huancayo City. He also shares his time working with the program, Guiding in tours and Teaching spanish becuase Mosoq Ayllu doesn't spent alot of the income in big salaries for the Director like other organizations .He is committed to social work and  helping local people  improve their living conditions since he was 18 when he and his friends created a local club which main goal was to help poor people and where he was elected president and started to work in social help.
The family at Mosoq AylluJuan Jose,his wife Patricia,and their two children Juan Jose Junior and Galilea.Patricia is the Program Coordinator and she is about to finish her carrer as a Lawyer, she loves working with children and enjoys doing social work.
